Roxana L.Q. Portugal is a Systems Engineer by UPN-Perú with the monograph "Implementing ISO/IEC 29110 (Moprosoft) in the Process of Development and Maintenance of the E-volution Hypermedia S.R.L Enterprise". She is a Master in Computer Science by PUC-Rio with the dissertation "Mining Information in Natural Language to Support Requirements Elicitation". Roxana's work is focused in Discovering User Needs which is being developed in her Doctoral Research at Requirements Engineering Group at PUC-Rio University.
